"content": "Hon. Speaker, I stand to support this Motion and say that as a Member of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, I participated in the vetting of Archbishop (Rtd.) Dr. Eliud Wabukala Wamukekhe. He really impressed us as someone who has the passion to fight corruption. In our Committee we were looking for someone like Caesar‟s wife who is beyond reproach so that he can assist the country to fight corruption. We believe that with the grace that his Lordship has and, of course, the hand of God that is upon him, he will ensure that his county comes back to the normal path."
