    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, sensitization means that even the area Member of Parliament will be involved. There is no budgetary allocation for that purpose. “Sensitization” means talking to the people. Our officers on the ground will talk to traders and the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the area Member of Parliament and the grassroots leaders. It is a combined role to make sure that the infrastructure we have created as Government is used to the fullest."
