    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to assure Members that I will only speak for a minute. I want to thank all Members for their contributions, particularly those who supported the Motion. I want to underscore that this was an approval Motion. We did not deal with election issues. I want to note the concern of Members with regard to the team‟s capacity to conduct and deliver free and credible elections. From the mix of skills and the diversity of the areas that these people come from, we have no doubt that this team has a lot of competence and will be very focused in terms of delivering free and fair elections. With the kind of experience that we have given to the past institution, they have no option but to deliver and safeguard their reputation. I want to urge the Members to support this team bearing in mind that we are the first point of stakeholders. They need support from us and other political parties so that we can assure the country of free and fair elections."
