    "content": "The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 45 of 2016) proposed amendments to the Copyright Act, 2001 (No.12 of 2001). In this regard, Members, the consideration of the two Bills during Committee of the whole House for the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 2016 and at the Second Reading for the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Bill, 2016 will proceed as though the withdrawn sections were not part of the Bills. The House is accordingly guided."
