Members, I may wish to advise the House that I may not wish to re- open any debate on the recommendations of the Committee on that Petition because that can only happen--- If you look at your Standing Order, it is only in special circumstances. However, I will allow comments on both Petitions but not to debate. I can see the Member for Mwingi North. Why are you walking? You are like a person seeking equitable relieve and the principle is, he who seeks equity must come with very clean hands. I do not think those ones look very clean. Hon. Mwiru, do you have a card? Just go where you were seated. You will be given an opportunity to say what you wish to say."
