    "content": "Well, some of those things ought to have been raised before the Committee. Also, I have not heard any complaint from the Committee that anybody invited to appear before it in regard to that Petition has refused and or has failed to appear. So, I do not think the House can give any direction at this point. However, the Petition is before the Departmental Committee on Lands. I can see the Chairman of the Committee here present. Maybe, he could shed some light on that Petition."
