    "content": "Indeed, Hon. Speaker, today, the foreigners invaded my Committee. Indeed, this is a matter you directed that I was supposed to present a report to the House but, unfortunately, we could not raise quorum for adopting the Report very quickly. But, I have also taken some steps to make sure that the request by the Hon. Member for Murang’a is not in vain. Up to and including the time I was entering this House this afternoon, I was talking to the Deputy County Commissioner, Naivasha, to make sure that the actions that those rogue foreigners want to take should be stopped until such a time when we will give a report to this House. So, their idea of selling the land on 17th of this month has now been put on hold to make sure that, as a Committee, we are able to give a report to this House."
