    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I wish to support this proposed amendment. I must also thank the Committee. The Committee did a very good job because if you look at the Report, you will find that the amendment that the Committee has brought, and even the amendments I brought were noted in the Committee’s Report. Members of the Committee were of the view that these amendments were necessary to ensure that Kenyans are happy with the law that we are passing; that the law we are passing is good and is not intended to flout the Constitution. I, therefore, support this proposed amendment."
