I would like him to take cognizance of the fact that staying in the Ivory Tower is one of the causes of the problems that we have in this organization. I would like the Minister to note that on part “b” of the Question, there was no information. The flight from Bangkok to Kenya takes a long time and there was enough time to communicate that the flight would delay but there was no communication. Finally, could he give us an indication on how long the changes in the infrastructure will take?"
