    "content": "I thank the Committee Members because they have delved into this matter and exposed the weaknesses of the tendering process. In this Report, they pinpoint one company securing all the major projects at the NSSF. How come other companies with similar capacities in this country did not secure those contracts? We want to know the network of the China Jiangxi International Kenya Limited. In this Report, the Committee Members have concluded that contrary to Section 42 of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, every major tender worth billions of shillings at the NSSF was given to the same company. There must be inside collusion that led to this war at the NSSF."
