"content": "Hon. Members, before debate commences, it is fair for me to remind the House that the Mover, Hon. Katoo ole Metito, withdrew the proposed amendments to the Copyright Act, which are contained in the Bill as published. Therefore, those of you who may have contributions only limited to what is proposed to the Copyright Act, you may have to look for something else to talk about as that has been withdrawn. However, you are at liberty to contribute to the others. This being a Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, I would have expected that many Chairpersons of Committees would be present because it refers to many sectors. There is something about betting, pensions, dairy, clinical officers, the Employment Act, Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, Institute of Curriculum Development, Crops Act, Technical and Vocational Education and Training Act, Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act and the National Employment Authority Act. Therefore, the Chairpersons of various Committees that cover various subject areas, I would expect that you would be making contributions. I see the Hon. Member for Endebess."
