"content": "Good effort. But the way it is done, you just say you will be proposing amendments when we come to the Committee of the whole House to remove some aspects. This is debate. To just say “I am asking Members” is like you will not be here. Please, it is within your right to propose amendments to remove that which you do not support in the Bill. That is the most crucial part when you are making the law. Hon. Korir, please, be present during Committee of the whole House and prior to that, propose amendments.
