    "content": "The Government also needs to take cognizance of the need to create job opportunities for the young people, not only in urban areas, but also in the rural areas. Rural-urban migration has created slums in urban areas. It should promote and give some incentives to the young people to engage in agri-business in the rural areas. Of course, the Government has come up with the Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF) to address some of the unemployment matters. However, there should be sensitization, proper education and we should allow minimum conditions to be required when applying for loans. Then, we will not see the huge rural-urban migration."
