    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also rise to support the Bill. This will be my last Bill to talk about in the Senate. When I go to the National Assembly, I will look at it better. This Bill is about a budget that will take us to the end of our term. As we head towards campaigns we need to ask ourselves whether the Senate has performed its responsibility to guide and protect the counties. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the National Treasury for allocating the monies that we had requested for the four headquarters. Sen. (Eng.) Muriuki will appreciate that there is an allocation that will go towards building their headquarters. Having said that, I wish to note that this money is coming late.
