Are the two chairpersons in order to take this House for granted and purport not to be prepared to just read a Notice of Motion that is as clear as indicated on the Order Paper? Are they portraying to this House that they are no longer able to transact business as chairpersons? If that is the case, would I be in order to request that they resign and allow able Members of their committees who are enthusiastic to execute the business of their Committees with precision and perfection?"
