    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on Wednesday last week I sought a statement regarding the welfare of former councillors in the defunct local authorities. It was directed to the Ministry of Devolution and National Planning. However, the Chairperson insisted that statement was supposed to have been directed to the Committee on Implementation because it is a matter that this House had already resolved. Therefore, I will seek your direction now that the House reconstituted the membership of the Committee on Implementation, so that we can have a response on the same."
