    "content": "On the issue of former councilors, we actually had a sitting with the former councilors and they presented to us their memorandum and issued a report on the same. What was pending was the Committee on Implementation to give direction on what action it has taken in terms of making sure that the recommendations that we made from the Committee and public participation were actually put into action."
