Definitely we know our Whips have the duty to whip us but also many of us who have an interest in this Bill will be able to whip our colleagues so that we can be able to vote on this matter. As interested parties, we tried to canvass and lobby outside this House, the other day and we will continue to do it and if possible kindly give us a date next week so that we can be able to push our colleagues."
