    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am tempted to think that we need a special explanation on the whereabouts of the Cabinet Secretary Nkaissery because when he hears the former Mayor of Nairobi, Mr. Aladwa, say in a rally that we are going to defend the victory of CORD and lately NASA, he charges him with hate speech. However, when Nkaissery clearly sees that Mr. Pepee Kitambaa who would have been a Member of Parliament (MP) for Tiaty and a sitting MCA are shot in a pub in Tiaty, Hon. Nkaissery does not open his mouth. Hon. Nkaissery would rather warn us, the people in the Opposition, against talking about the rigging of elections and registering of voters using the National Youth Service (NYS). I therefore wonder if Hon. Nkaissery is alive."
