    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 18 of the Bill be amended by deleting the expression “section 15” and substituting therefor the expression “section 14”. Clause 18 is just a matter of cross-referencing. It should be with Section 14, which talks of the Director and not 15. I, therefore, propose that we delete Sections 15 and 18 and substitute therefore the expression “Sections 14 and 18’’."
