    "content": "This Bill provides for registration and licensing. I totally agree with that. In the past, clinical officers were not licensed and allowed to operate. This Bill will go a long way in streamlining this. This Bill also intends to address the issue of gender representation in the Board, especially for marginalised communities. It is important that we take that into consideration. We need to consider the marginalised groups when it comes to appointment to boards."
