    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this Bill by my friend, Hon. Sang. It has come at the right time. Clinical officers are the backbone of the medical profession. For example, this time when the doctors are on strike, clinical officers are working day and night to save the lives of our people. They work under very difficult conditions; say, without proper facilities and equipment. But they still manage to save lives."
