    "content": "The profession of clinical officers has been forgotten. I support what my colleagues have said to the effect that we need to have a referendum where we can revert the health sector to the national Government. That is because the governors have failed this country. They have not been able to take care of the health sector. It is high time it was taken back to the national Government. I support this important Bill."
