    "content": "Secondly, I want to mention briefly on the issue of the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) which is supposed to supervise and help in regulating SACCOs. It is important because many SACCOs are going under and, maybe, it is the highest time that SASRA expanded so that there is timely supervision of those SACCOs.
