    "content": "The conditions that have been set to check your credibility regarding your financial status are honesty, reputation, character and financial integrity. Those are issues that can be checked. But as I have said, we will bring some amendments in the Committee of the whole House to try and remove some of the issues that have been raised, particularly the academic qualifications. We should allow people who might not have gone to school to bring their financial muscle and allow them to join in partnership with other people who have the qualifications that are required for that purpose."
