    "content": "This Bill is a sign that Kenya can now involve all people and workers to participate in the economic development of this country. I am sure that this Bill, if passed the way it is, will give workers and people in this country a chance to participate strongly in the economic development of this country. For a long time, our workers have been losing money through co-operative movements. SACCOs have also suffered. This Bill will help the workers to know how their money has been deducted and how it is kept. Because of this Bill, they will now be able to access their money properly."
