    "content": "I would like to congratulate Members of Parliament and also the Mover of the Bill, the Leader of the Majority Party. It is important for this House to approve and give support to this Bill and let it be implemented as soon as possible. This country needs people to save money. Whatever little people have, they should save it here in our country. I am sure the economy of this country is bound to change very much when workers or members of SACCOs save a lot. They will be a happier lot seeing their money grow as they save it."
