    "content": "I have been in this House for eight years now and there are Members of Parliament who want to win the next election through conflicts. They are there. You become a populist and people will say this is the right guy. There are even some who can buy arms for their people, so that they can win elections. Kenya is bigger than all of us. A life lost in West Pokot, Mombasa, Marakwet and Garissa is as important as any other life. Let us not just say things for the sake of it. The Pokot, Marakwet and Turkana leadership needs to come together. It is only in those areas where people walk with guns. You cannot do that in Garissa or Mombasa. You will be shot and called Al Shabaab, but when you go to Turkana and Pokot, they carry guns in shopping centres. This Government has invested a lot of resources in empowering our security agents. We have bought more armoured vehicles and insured them. I wish to tell Hon. Nkaissery and the Inspector General (IG) that enough is enough. They must act.
