Karua, but also to other Members, that when you are in privileged positions, remember that you will not always be in privileged positions. One day, you will sit in the same place that hon. Odhiambo-Mabona is sitting. Therefore, when you are in that privileged position, you should use human rights standards. Do not use personal whims and discretions."
