    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise under Standing Order No.39(2) to clarify the ruling which you have given in view of the provisions of 39(20 which states that:- “Business shall be disposed of in the sequence in which it appears in the Order Paper or insuch other sequence as the Speaker may, for the convenience of the Senate, direct.” I would like you to give this clarification because to my reading, the sequence to which you are expected to direct is to allow for flow of business.
