    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. What responsibility am I being asked to take? Is it for raising a point of order in Parliament and tabling a letter? Anybody who thinks retrogressively, must again be told, that this debate is not about Ms. Karua. It is about the Artur brothers. There is not a single recommendation, for the simple reason, that raising a point of order is a noble duty of any Member of Parliament who feels strongly that there is something wrong with the order. Rulings belong to the Chair. Anybody who attempts to lay blame may continue to do so, but with dishonesty."
