    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I really do not want to go back to the point of order that has been raised by hon. Karua because I have already made my point. She has talked about raising a point of order. However, there is a letter which cannot be equated to raising a point of order. I just wanted my colleague, who is a very good friend of mine and a very strong Member of the Opposition, to be ready to take responsibility for what she did previously. This report is about the Government. The Member should accept that she was part of the Government which tried to obstruct justice. That is what we are condemning. If this kind of acts are allowed to continue and we do not take action now, then we are not sure that, in future, such acts will not recur. I want to conclude my contribution by saying that I totally agree with the recommendations of the Committee, especially with regard to taking action against those officers who perpetuated this act."
