    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to move this in an amended form. First, I will move New Clause 36A for Second Reading. It says: THAT, the following new clause be inserted immediately after Clause 36— Criteria for 119A. (1) Subject to the provisions of section 119, the following approval to open criteria shall be considered by the County Treasury in granting bank account. approval to a county government entity to open and operate a county government bank account— (a) all county exchequer accounts shall be opened at the Central Bank of Kenya; (b) for avoidance of doubt, all county government bank accounts shall be opened at the Central Bank of Kenya except for imprest bank accounts for petty cash which shall be opened at a bank designated by the County Treasury."
