    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Just like it happened last week, we have not met all the stakeholders who are important when it comes to this Bill. Officers from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) appeared before us, but unfortunately, the Commissioner-General did not come. The two Commissioners who were sent to appear before us did not have a clue on the Bill that is before the House. So, we sent them back to ask the Commissioner-General to appear before us in person next week on Tuesday, together with the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the National Treasury."
