    "content": "If there are requests from anybody to suspend this Bill, which has been pending and we have discussed at the HBC, it is important that you allow debate to go on. Let Members who wish to oppose it, oppose it and those who want to support it, support it. Most importantly, if there are any amendments that can be introduced by the Committee, they can be brought at the Committee of the whole House stage. This will allow Members in the House to decide.
