You cannot claim to rise on a point of order to deal with that point. I can see those who want to rise on points of order have no copies of the Bill. Please look at the Bill because you came here to legislate, and you must have copies of the Bill. This Bill is signed by Hon. Midiwo and there is nothing wrong with that. The Leader of the Minority Party is talking about whether the Bill is Party sponsored or not. A Party sponsored Bill can still be signed by any Member. He is saying that the Bill is not from the party. He has a right to say that but it does not mean that Hon. Midiwo cannot sign his Bill."
