    "content": "The CRA is very important. We know very well that it plays a very critical role in sharing revenue, particularly the formula. I know that the first Commission had teething problems. Having gone through the CV of Jane Wangui, it shows that she is somebody who is committed and understands the passionate and compassionate aspects of devolution. I am convinced that, that is the right lady who is going to take that Commission to greater heights of prosperity."
