I just want to seek your direction because this issue keeps coming up and it will probably come up another time if we do not get your direction and for my information, especially as a first-timer in this House. If there are names mentioned in a report, I would like your direction on whether or not we should discuss them or whether we should give a blind eye to names that are in the Report, because at other times, we will have to bring a Motion when the names are not in the Report. So, if there is a different procedure, can we, please know, so that even in future, we do not violate the House rules?"
