    "content": "Like in the case of the NG-CDF, we have the Fund Account Managers, who are officers appointed by the Government and seconded to the constituencies. We do not appoint them. In other Government departments, we have people responsible for projects. The proposal is important, but we must also not stop the development cycle of the country because of elections. I support the amendment, but development must go on even as we approach elections. The Government development cycle must go on."
