    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I also want to support this amendment. During an election year, you find people doing all sorts of things. The only good thing about this amendment is that it is not freezing everything. It is only that you will need approval from the National Treasury. Maybe in future, we will include a clause to specify how long it should take for such approval to be given. Otherwise, the National Treasury can decide not to approve anything. If we include a provision for the timeline within which approval should be given, it will enrich this law. However, that can come in the future."
