    "content": "I agree because we had a similar proposed amendment. The Constitution is very clear as well as the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act. We do not want a law that weakens the role of Parliament in making decisions. What we are deleting was seeking to weaken our powers as the National Assembly when it comes to approving withdrawals from the Consolidated Fund. I support."
