    "content": "This Bill has actually cost me almost my health. It has been a ping pong, moving up and down. If it is coming for First Reading now, I do not see the reason why we cannot do it. If there are any contributions to be done, they can either be done through public hearing or on the Second Reading. There is nothing wrong in this. The Senate Majority Leader walked up to me and told me he had received a call from somebody somewhere I do not know in China or whatever it is. He said that this Bill should not be--- We cannot delay the legislative process."
