    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not intend to argue with the Chair on the ruling. However, it is important that we be heard on this matter. First, it was better when you did not give any reason for stepping it down. The reason that the Majority Leader has given is even worse. That, because there is another Bill that is being developed, the work that the committee has put into this process is all in vain. These are people who are outside the legislative framework and who we have involved as stakeholders. I am very compelled to think that this precedence will haunt us in future because it is not right.
