(Prof.) Anyang’-Nyong’o for supporting the Bill. I have listened to input from the three contributors. They have made very valid points. I hope the Committee on Roads and Transportation will take on board some of those concerns so that by the time the Bill comes for the Committee stage and final Third Reading, those concerns are addressed.
