Makau is highly affected by this particular matter on this Bill and I am sure he will articulate all the facts I may have got wrong because he is resident in his constituency. A lot of things he said are true. If we really want this board to come on board, then we should amend this Bill during the Committee of the whole House stage in order to ensure that it takes care of all these things.
