    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, thank you for giving me the opportunity. I wish to declare my interest. I am a member of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. I am, therefore, addressing this Parliament from an informed position. First and foremost, the marketing section of livestock products must be streamlined. As it has been mentioned in the memorandum, there are quite a number of other entities that get involved. Therefore, it is time for us to have a marketing board to streamline the activities of livestock and livestock products to add value to the section."
