"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to join you and my colleagues in the House to express my sincere condolences and, moreso, those from my people in Nyandarua County. We all know the late Boy Juma Boy came to Parliament as it was said by the speakers before way back in early 1980s. Although some Kenyans like thinking that the Senate is a House of old people, we are not short of people who were born well after our late colleague was actually serving in Parliament. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, despite the big break he had from the first few terms, when he came to the Senate, whether you liked it or not, you would not fail to notice the presence of Sen. Boy Juma Boy in the House, canteen or the Lounge. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate"
