    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also take this opportunity to join my colleagues in mourning our departed colleague. I got to know the late Senator for Kwale County when we were elected to the Senate. Being the tall man that he was, whenever we would talk, I would look up at him. Within me, I always looked up to him for advice as we discussed various issues. He was of great value. I take this opportunity, on behalf of myself and the constituents of Bomet County, in mourning the departed Senator. I also join the constituents of Kwale County in mourning this very eloquent and articulate Senator."
