    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my sincere condolences to the family, friends, colleagues of the late Sen. Boy Juma Boy and the people of Kwale. I had the privilege of knowing the late Sen. Boy Juma Boy when both of us were Members of Parliament (MPs) in 1992. Those were very difficult times, when there was the “Chinese” war between the ruling party then, which was KANU and us in the Opposition."
