    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to convey my condolences and those of Busia County for the untimely death of our beloved Senator. First, I knew our late beloved Senator when I was the Attorney General. He was the Chief Whip in the National Assembly. He was a man that the Government relied on to deliver on any issue that may have been controversial to ensure that it got the right vote. I remember that on many occasions when he may not have been there, the Leader of Government Business and his deputy would go into a panic and ensure that he comes to ensure that the Bill or measures that we had presented in Parliament go through.
